Oversized band t-shirts are so fun to wear. They are also easy to dress up or down and go with so much! Let me show you how to wear your oversized band tee three different ways.
Look 1 – With jeans

Tie up the front of the tee and tuck it underneath like I did here! I am wearing a small in the tee. It is oversized so you could size down also. My jeans are Agolde and they run true to size. Heels are a favorite! They also run true to size.
Fashion Tips –
- Basics go with everything. Stock up on basics. An oversized tee is such a good basic that can be thrown on with anything. It can be worn dressed up or casual!
- Band tees are a fun and stylish twist to a regular tee and perfect for layering in the fall.
- Tie up the front of the tee for a more stylish and fitted look. Here, I knotted the front and tucked the knot underneath.
- This look would also be awesome with sneakers or boots too
Look 2- With faux leather pants & fun heels

I love these faux leather pants I bought last year at H&M. These exact ones are sold out but I added similar ones from H&M. I would say they run pretty true to size. I also bought these pink heels last year so I added some similar ones! I love a good pop of color in my shoes. I front tucked the t-shirt since the pants are a little loose.
Fashion Tips –
- Faux leather pants and leggings are so great for fall and winter. My favorite pairs are from H&M. They also are a great price and last! These ones from last year are still in great shape.
- To tie in color, pair your shoes with one color from your top or pants. It gives a subtle pop of color and ties the whole look together effortlessly. Here, I took the pink from the tee and tied it into my pink heels. Blue, yellow, or green would work too.
- There are so many ways to tie an oversized tee since theres so much fabric to work with. For this look I just did a half tuck. I tucked in the front and left the back untucked for an undone look.
- As it gets cooler, I can easily throw a blazer, leather jacket, or denim jacket over this look.
Look 3- Under a blazer with high rise, wide leg pants

I bought these pink wide leg pants last year from Banana Republic but I found some similar ones which are linked above! Wearing an XS in this blazer. It is quite oversized, so I advise sizing down.
Fashion Tips
- T-shirts pair great under blazers! It dresses the blazer down for a bit more of a casual chic appearance.
- Not sure how to mix colors? An easy way to tie in some color is to take a color that’s already in the outfit and use it for another piece! I took the pink in the t-shirt and used it to pair with pink pants!
- Try jeans with this look too or faux leather pants or leggings.
- Since the t-shirt is oversized as well as my pants and blazer, I made sure to really tuck my t-shirt good as to make it more “fitted”. On a petite frame, too many oversized pieces will swallow you up. Adding in something fitted will balance the whole look.
